Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending review.

3.3 Single Account. You may hold only one registered Account on mct88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.4 Personal Use. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
4.1 To open an mct88 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. mct88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 mct88 may at any time require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by mct88 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals.
4.4 You must promptly notify mct88 if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party by contacting support at [email protected].
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the mct88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mct88 does not process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. mct88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam, and online bank transfer. Available methods may change at the discretion of mct88.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. mct88 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. mct88 processes withdrawal requests in good faith and within the timeframes indicated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of applicable verification checks. mct88 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the mct88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. mct88 may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
5.6 Declined Transactions. mct88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes is related to fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
6.1 All Bets placed on the mct88 Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published on the Platform.
6.2 Finality of Bets. Once confirmed, a Bet may not be cancelled or amended except as expressly permitted by the relevant game rules or where mct88 at its discretion allows a cash-out option.
6.3 Void Bets. mct88 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at incorrect odds or with a technical error. If a Bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your Wallet.
6.4 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. mct88 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any Bet or series of Bets at its discretion.
6.5 Suspicious Activity. mct88 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, fraud, or systemic exploitation of errors in odds.
7.1 mct88 may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to Account holders. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the mct88 Platform at the time the promotion is active.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 mct88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus Funds that have not been claimed or that have expired in accordance with the promotion terms will be forfeited.
7.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk hedging to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct mct88 deems to constitute bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mct88 Platform:
mct88 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void associated Bets, and to withhold any funds pending investigation.
9.1 All content on the mct88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, trademarks, and proprietary data — is the intellectual property of mct88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the mct88 Platform without prior written consent from mct88.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mct88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.2 mct88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
10.3 mct88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit mct88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 mct88 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all Account holders. These tools are accessible from your mct88 account dashboard at any time.

12.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting mct88 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been satisfied.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of mct88's operating licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under mct88's applicable gaming licence.
13.2 Users in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling laws are subject to change and are solely responsible for ensuring their continued compliance with applicable local laws.
14.1 mct88 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
14.2 For material changes, mct88 may notify registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
